Delhi Transco Limited (DTL), a Government of NCT of Delhi undertaking and State Transmission Utility operating at the EHV level (220kV and above), has invited applications for Apprentice engagement for the financial year 2026-27 under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The recruitment is being conducted through Notification No. F/DTL/HR(Trg.)Apprenticeship/2026-27/F-14/83, dated 16 July 2026. The apprenticeship training will be for one year, and apprentices may be posted at any DTL office or location within the National Capital Territory of Delhi based on organizational requirements. The number of training slots is tentative and may change as per the requirements of the organization.
DTL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 notification details
Candidates must be Indian citizens, at least 18 years of age, and possess the prescribed full-time Degree or Diploma qualification obtained within the last five years from a recognized institution. Applicants who have already undergone apprenticeship training under NATS or have one year or more of work experience are not eligible. Selection will be made on a First Come First Serve basis among eligible candidates, and the notification does not prescribe any written examination or interview.
Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend for the one-year training period, with 50% paid by DTL and the remaining 50% by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), Northern Region, through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Candidates must have an Aadhaar-seeded and DBT-enabled bank account and submit the completed application form along with the required documents before the prescribed closing date.
