The PNB LBO Vacancy 2026 notification states that candidates must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university along with a minimum of one year of post-qualification work experience in the Clerical or Officer Cadre of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank. Applicants must also be proficient in the local language of the state they choose. The selection process includes an Online Written Test, Screening, Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) wherever applicable, and a Personal Interview.
