The Skill Test requires candidates to take shorthand dictation at 80 words per minute for Grade D and 100 words per minute for Grade C, followed by transcription on a computer. Candidates can opt for either English or Hindi shorthand while submitting their application, and the Skill Test must be qualified to be considered for final selection.
